Seeking Software for Stock Options available to employees of Closed Co

Client has stock available to employees and is seeking software to record ee name, date of purchase, cost of stock, etc. Does anyone know if such software may be available in the marketplace?

I am aware of 2 sources for software for stock option recordkeeping. One is the CMS system provided by Corporate Management Solutions at http://www.cmsoptions.com. The other is ShareData at http://www.sharedata.com, they have a series of related products with names similar to Equity Edge, Options Edge and so forth.
