Guest nsxlt Posted December 4, 2002 Posted December 4, 2002 Can a Professional Employer Organization (Employee leasing company) offer a cafeteria plan to its leased employees as long as it "has the right to direct and control the worker", pays the benefits of the leased employee, and withholds the medicare, social security, and FUTA requirements?
