Employee Discount Program

My firm (8000 staff worldwide) currently has a random Employee Discount Program. We are looking to setup criteria, find new discounts, etc. Does anybody have any thoughts on developing a worldclass offering of Employee Discounts?

The July 8 edition of the Wall Street Journal had an article about a company called Employeesavings.com that provides a variety of employee discounts. It looked like many of their participating employers and discount vendors were on the West Coast, but I've asked for additional information. No word back from them yet.
