Guest Dolores Lawrence Posted February 3, 2003 Posted February 3, 2003 Can a minister participate in a cafeteria plan? Can he or she receive reimbursements from a 105 medical reimbursement plan? The minister receives a W-2, but is subject to the payment of self-employment taxes.
