Guest joeydell Posted March 27, 2003 Posted March 27, 2003 Is there a govt. mandated dollar amount that an employee can contribute to his medical expense reimbursement account on an annual basis? This is assuming the employer doesn't cap the benefit amount.
oriecat Posted March 28, 2003 Posted March 28, 2003 I don't think so. I don't recall ever seeing anything about there being one. It would certainly be extremely wise of the plan to state a cap though. Ours is $3000.
