Guest slpace Posted April 7, 2003 Posted April 7, 2003 Form 5500 EZ filers are not eligible for the Department of Labor's Delinquent Filer Voluntary Compliance (DFVC) Program. The only penalties that are assessed for the From 5500 EZ are IRS penalties. Does the IRS have a similar program or procedure for late filed Form 5500EZ that may reduce or offset late filing penalties?
