Guest Tara Curran Posted May 5, 2003 Posted May 5, 2003 An employee participates in a cafeteria plan for health insurance premiums where the employee pays for 20% of the premiums. The deductible is $1,000, but the employer wants to pay a portion of the deductible (80%). Can an employee use his/her medical reimbursement plan to pay for $200 of the deductible?
