Guest APierce Posted May 6, 2003 Posted May 6, 2003 Does anyone know of any sources (i.e., Corbel, McKay Hochman, Datair) for plan documents for a defined benefit, non-electing church plan. I will be restating a church plan and would like to see some model documents. Thanks.
Guest Patrick Foley Posted May 6, 2003 Posted May 6, 2003 Non-electing Church plans are excluded from the IRS's master and prorotype plan program (see Rev. Proc. 2000-20, section 8.03(14)), so the normal sources of model documents are unavailable. Individual plan sponsors may be the best source of sample documents.
