Guest tbowling Posted July 29, 2003 Posted July 29, 2003 After getting the "it must be your software" response for 2 days, we finally got an "informed" reply from a supervisor that the efast server is down and they are working on it. (When we dialed in we got various messages that said we could not be connected). They don't know how long it will take to get this resolved and suggested that we either file paper copies of the forms or file extensions. Gee, thanks since we have about 150 to file by Thursday! Anyone else know anything about this?
