Guest erisa50 Posted November 12, 2003 Posted November 12, 2003 Can an MCAP plan reimburse for support hose that are required to be worn as a result of blood clots if a physician's letter accompanies the receipt? The plan defines Medical Expense as any expense for medical care within the meaning of medical care or medical expense as defined in IRC 213 and the rulings and Treasury regulations issued thereunder.
Ron Snyder Posted November 13, 2003 Posted November 13, 2003 I "supp hose" so, under the circumstances you describe.
Sheila K Posted November 13, 2003 Posted November 13, 2003 "L'eggs" get serious here. This problem is "Just My Size". That was a very silly answer for such a "No Nonsense" question. "Bali" wanted was an answer about support hose. You should be a-"Hanes"-ed of yourself for "supp-hosing" we would think it was funny. And it was! Sheila K 8^)
