Guest MFD Posted December 2, 2003 Posted December 2, 2003 Are we required to have every employee sign a Cafeteria Plan Enrollment Agreement on an annual basis. Or, is it sufficient to have an agreement signed upon enrollment and leave it open ended?
Guest b2kates Posted December 2, 2003 Posted December 2, 2003 Commonly known as an evergreen election, plan should have provisions that permit such elections. Also plan should provide mechanism permitting participant to change annually should they wish.
