I would like to know if a SAR is required to be prepared and distributed to each participant for each filing. Any opinions/guidance/reference would be appreciated. Thanks.
Guest cease Posted January 15, 2004 Posted January 15, 2004 Would my chances for a response improve if I admit that I referred to the Delinquent Filer Voluntary Compliance program incorrectly (should have typed DFVC instead of DVFC)? I am guilty of sending text without reviewing the contents. I apologize if anyone took offense and look forward to any guidance/opinions/comments to my question.
