Guest greggi39 Posted January 14, 2004 Posted January 14, 2004 we are just starting to use with BF plans, tracking all activities --census req, trust acctg, 5500..... if it is working out, we will add the daily plans. It seems that for us, we can't really use it until 9.0 comes out(some major modifications).

We just purchased Activity Tracking in December, but with busy season, we probably won't be up and running on it until late spring. The Contact Management part works pretty well, but alot has to do with what you are using it for. Some of the setup and entry of new Employers and Plans can be very cumbersome and it isn't very user friendly. I'm hoping we will see some significant changes to it this year. Tim
