Guest jekstrom0613 Posted February 3, 2004 Posted February 3, 2004 I'm pretty sure this is included in the OTC drugs recently allowed by the IRS. (Your plan must be modified to allow OTC drugs.) I'm sorry, I can't cite anything from the IRS, but I have a list of OTC drugs that someone from SHRM bulletin board faxed to me that their benefits administrator sent to them. It is included on that list.
