Does anyone have or know where I can find information on the pros & cons of using debit cards in a 125 plan?

I don't know if this is what you were looking for, but try (http://www.crainscleveland.com/page.cms?pageId=94&rh=5) it's an article that expresses some of the con's associated with debt cards. I assume you have reviewed IRS Rev. Rul. 2003-43.

Thanks for the link. I have not read the actual Rev. Rul. I did read EBIA's analysis of the Rev. Rul. from their Cafeteria Plan manual and compiled my own list of pros & cons.
