Guest akwallace Posted March 4, 2004 Posted March 4, 2004 Does the employer need to include amounts paid to the Dependent Care FSA after-tax while on LOA, in Box 10 on the W-2?
papogi Posted March 4, 2004 Posted March 4, 2004 I'm not sure, but somehow they must not be included there. That box is used in preparing Form 2441 to determine any taxable portion, so they must not be in there (already taxed).
Guest LisaAZ Posted March 10, 2004 Posted March 10, 2004 Why would someone make after-tax contributions to the DCSA (I understand with a HCSA and COBRA)? If they are on a loa and ineligible to participate, they just wouldn't make any contribution.
