Guest Scooter1 Posted April 6, 2004 Posted April 6, 2004 Who is responsible for holding or tracking employee payroll deductions relating to an employers FSA plan? Can an employer remit employee FSA payroll deductions to a TPA for holding and payment of reimbursment requests?
oriecat Posted April 6, 2004 Posted April 6, 2004 I would think the plan administrator would be responsible, but I'm not positive. Yes, a TPA can be used.
