Wanted - 2000 Form 5500 for reproduction.

Where can I find a Form 5500 from prior years that can be reproduced? I have checked the IRS and many other websites but the Forms 5500 can only be printed for viewing not for usage. I know I can call the IRS and order one but that may take too long.

Unfortunately, the DOL website allows you to print the 5500 forms for informational purposes only not for reproduction. Any other suggestions?

Reproduced? If you mean "copied", then the answer is "nowhere".

If you want copies of prior forms (hand-print version), try calling 1-800-TAXFORM and be specific about which year(s) you want. You can get the instructions also, or from the website above. If you want computer-printed forms, you will need to buy that service from a vendor.

If you have access to Superforms (www.superforms.com) you can print blank prior-year 5500's and schedules (hand-print version) for filing purposes.

if you are looking for a 2000 form for a Voluntary Correction, the rules permit you to use a current form with the dates in the header adjusted.
