jquazza Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 How would you handle the schedule P for a self-trusteed plan when the trustee is deceased? /JPQ
WDIK Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 Who has acted as the trustee of the plan following the death of the original trustee? ...but then again, What Do I Know?
Guest b2kates Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 hasn't a successor trustee been appointed?
jquazza Posted October 13, 2004 Author Posted October 13, 2004 We took over that plan during the year and have been appointed as corporate trustee. We weren't trustee during the period in question. /JPQ
Ron Snyder Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 2 choices: (1) Sign the return to toll the statute of limitations, or (2) don't bother to file the return and the statute will not run.
