Any very small businesses w/aHSA? How is it working? Pros/cons?

I have several of them in place, ranging from 2 employees to 35 and they are working great. The most important piece is education. We try to do one on one meetings to make sure the guidelines are understood

I have seen a few and heard of some. Most, if not all, should not have used HSAs. They were all either misinformed or they misunderstood. They would have been better served with a standard section 105 MERP or even an HRA.
