Guest jusducki Posted September 6, 2005 Posted September 6, 2005 Can a 5500EZ be filed if the only employees are the owner and her 8 yr old daughter who will be participating in the Plan? I've never run into this situation before. Thanks in advance for anticipated assistance.
david rigby Posted September 6, 2005 Posted September 6, 2005 Instructions for 5500EZ here: http://www.dol.gov/ebsa/pdf/2004-5500-ez-inst.pdf See page 1. I'm a retirement actuary. wmyer Posted September 6, 2005 Posted September 6, 2005 In other words, No, a full 5500 must be filed. W Myer
