Guest jigpsu100 Posted September 21, 2005 Posted September 21, 2005 How would a Company decide how much to charge for COBRA on a medical expense reimbursement plan? Can they simply charge 102% of the maximum amount available under the plan? The plan is fully funded by the employer from their general assets.
Guest lmccormick Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 Does this help: http://benefitslink.com/boards/index.php?showtopic=29832 It sounds like you're asking the same thing I asked awhile ago.
Guest nsacramento Posted October 15, 2005 Posted October 15, 2005 We currently charge 102% for the medical reimbursement account. The 2% is for admin charges and the rest allows the employee to still access the account after termination.
