Anyone know of a surety company that writes 4204 bonds?

None of the brokers seem to know what a 4204 purchaser's bond is - even the ones that know about the 412 fidelity bond. Please let me know if you have some contacts. I am over in Hawaii - Mahalo.

I would have thought that either your plan TPA, Trustee and/or the investment companies would have a list.

Have you asked the 412 Fidelity Bonds insurers if they also do 4204 purchaser's bonds?

Asking Brokers will quite often get an answer that is based on their experiences. If their experience does not cover an issue, then there might be very limited knowledge.
