Searching for Plan Documents

I am looking for plan documents like SPD etc of DB and DC plans with an floor-offset arrangement.

Does anyone know any website or any link where i can obtain these.

If you know the names of any large companies who have such plan features looking at their websites should get you a copy.

I have found some amazing stuff posted on websites by performing such searches. Material that rightfully ought to be proprietary from major law firms has been posted. Good advice.
