Our client is using years of service but wanted to see other options. Thanks! You may also use family status, justifiable location differences (North Carolina vs. New York), and salary. Of course, there are two schools of thought on salary. One says that lower paid workers should get more since the plans cost them more as a percentage of income. The other school says that higher-paid workers should get more as a continued affirmation of their worth to the organization as already demonstrated by their compensation. JKosciusko@d2insurance.com
