jevd Posted July 14, 2006 Posted July 14, 2006 The instructions to the 2006 5500 state no sch P required. The form isn't included. Apparently doesn't exist for 2006. See instx HERE JEVD Making the complex understandable.
movedon Posted July 14, 2006 Posted July 14, 2006 It's interesting that they word it that way, since the Schedule P was never required. Do they mean to say, the Schedule P is no longer required to start the sol?
jevd Posted July 14, 2006 Author Posted July 14, 2006 The bullet on the instructions just says its nolonger required. No further explanation. JEVD Making the complex understandable.

Chester Posted July 26, 2006 Posted July 26, 2006 A news release from ASPPA indicates that instructions will be coming out in the future indicating that the statute of limitations for 2006 will begin with the date of the 5500 filing (rendering the Schedule P meaningless). The Schedule SSA will also eventually be eliminated once e-filing becomes mandatory.
