Guest cubreporter Posted July 19, 2007 Posted July 19, 2007 Are the requirements for plan amendments for multiemployer plans different than for private plans? May a plan that is not amended for EGTRRA etc. continue to operate without amending the plan till the required to be submitted under the new determination process?
