Hello,

Participants received required annual AE notice prior to 1/1. Must they also receive notice of automatic increase taking effect 4/1?

1) Is there any particular reason why the increase is effective April 1st?

2) Does the annual notice explain the automatic increases?

...but then again, What Do I Know?
