SheilaD Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 Is the 5,000 maximum for a Dependant care FSA subject to any type of Cost of Living adjustments? It seems to me that the number has been the same for a long time which leads me to believe that there are no increases.

When they first started, there was no limit ! I don't recall when the $5000 limit was added, but it was probably more than 18 years ago.
