I'll never understand people who hit the snooze button each morning - especially those who do so more than once.

I mean, I hate to get up in the morning to the alarm clock as much as the next person. Why do it again, and again, and again?

As a former snooze button dependent, I can tell you that I used to do it because I needed alittle time to completely wake up before I could actually get myself out of bed - (I was not one of those who could wake up and jump right up!) I lived alone for a long time and this worked well for me. I now have a husband who rises 45 minutes before I need to get up & I no longer need my trusty snooze button.

I never thought about the snooze in this way until you raised the question. Doesn't change my habit, though. I set two alarms so I hit the snooze a ton of times before I finally get up. I agree it's crazy, but sometimes that little bit of sleep is soooooooooo delicious.

alarm clock has snooze button???? I get up when the paper hits the driveway, unless I look at the time and see it is before 0500. LOL I am one of those who jump out of bed and hit the ground running...... straight to the kitchen for breakfast.
