Guest JM123 Posted December 9, 2009 Posted December 9, 2009 Can contributions be made on account of scabs during a strike?
david rigby Posted December 9, 2009 Posted December 9, 2009 What does the plan say? I'm a retirement actuary. Nothing about my comments is intended or should be construed as investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Occasionally, but not all the time, it might be reasonable to interpret my comments as actuarial or consulting advice.
Guest JM123 Posted December 9, 2009 Posted December 9, 2009 Silent re scabs, but non-bargained employees can participate if the employer signs an agreement with the plan.
