Guest kodle Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 Is anyone aware of any state that requires the filing of a VEBA's Form 990, or is anyone aware of a good survey of each state's filing requirements for VEBAs? Thank you.

Guest Tom: Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 If your VEBA is covered by ERISA (e.g, funded by private employer contributions and not a non-electing church plan), it can probably rely on ERISA's the state law exemption to avoid state registration and filing requirements.
