Guest lorengo Posted February 16, 2010 Posted February 16, 2010 Is anyone familiar with the mandatory official public holidays in Puerto Rico? Is there a requirement to pay overtime for exempt full-time employees? What about sick and vacation accrual? We are a private company in the process of hiring employees who reside and will work in Puerto Rico and we just need to be sure that we are in compliance? any help will be appreciated????
