Change vesting from 5 years to 10 years?

Can a rehab plan change vesting from 5 years to 10 years ? Would changing the vesting improve the liability outlook for the plan?

Can a rehab plan change vesting from 5 years to 10 years ? Would changing the vesting improve the liability outlook for the plan?

A Rehab plan can't change the vesting schedule. Such a plan can reduce "adjustable benefits" to reduce liability, but cannot change vesting to ten years.
