RGF SAR program

Just Downloaded today's released 2010 SAR program> Tried generating SAR but although loaded received error message that 2010 Version must be loaded before running SAR. If anyone else has similar issue and gets return call from RELIUS before I do (several days according to service desk operator), please share "fix". I will do same.

Not sure if this will help - I did receive the same error message, however if I enter the SAR program separately from the desktop icon I am at least able to generate an SAR.

It worked. I also received voice message from RELIUS with same workaround. They will be sending an email alert to all users.

Actually -- Relius told everyone that the SAR software would not work WITH the Govt software till they sent out a Govt SP and you would need to generate the SARs within the SAR software. I don't mean to be takin' up for them but...

RELIUS email went out later in the afternoon after being notified of the problem in the AM by users.
