SMB Posted June 16, 2010 Posted June 16, 2010 My apologies if this has been addresed previously. Have a client with a DC plan under which the business owner is currently the only eligible participant. The business has a couple of other "employees", but they never receive enough credited Hours of Service (intentionally) to become eligible to participate. Wondering if this plan is eligible to file an IRS Form 5500-EZ vs. -SF. The business owner is obviously the only one "benefitting" under the plan, but I'm not sure if she would also be considered the only one "covered". Thoughts?
Dinosaur Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 Today, I just loaded the Relius update with the Form 5500-EZ and it prints will all strange characters (looks like another language). Anyone having this problem? I sent an incident to Relius this afternoon.
12AX7 Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 Dino - I'm assuming your using a Windows OS. Go to the printer driver and under the Advanced Properties Tab, choose "Print directly to the printer". This worked when we had a similar problem with other forms.
