Dazednconfused Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 I have a plan that was filing on the form 5500EZ but now has a couple of NHCE's as participants, so they are filing a form 5500SF for 2009, dumb question of the day is do I need to mark the 5500SF as the 'first return' for the plan? I am thinking I don't need to but any thougths. Thanks all.
