We have a lot coming back in the last day or two (even after adjusting for higher volume) as processing stopped, but nothing obvious is jumping out at us as a cause. Austin Powers, CPA, QPA, ERPA
12AX7 Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 With Relius, I've seen this and a lot more I have time to talk about right now. I don't know if this a specific Relius issue, but with two other vendors, I know this does not happen. My best guess is that there's a bottleneck between the Relius and DOL servers that eventually clears for most 5500s. Some of my clients freak when they get this message.
Beemer Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 I had an error (b-614SB) when submitting a defined benefit plan, I made a support call to relius (no answer yet), but when I look again, I don't see the error.

Beemer Posted October 14, 2010 Posted October 14, 2010 You are right. The DOL got back to me faster than Relius. However, their response was to "tell your software provider about the problem".
12AX7 Posted October 14, 2010 Posted October 14, 2010 I put a call today into Relius about the problems I'm having E-Filing for clients. I expect to hear back from them after the 15th.
K2retire Posted October 14, 2010 Posted October 14, 2010 We've had an incident with Relius since Monday -- no response yet. Today we started getting e-mails from them saying there was a problem with the attachments and we need to retrieve the filing and republish it.
