so instead of releasing a new form, I see they have released the latest draft, dated 4-28-2011

haven't looked at it yet myself, so don't know whatmight have changed from the original draft.

Thanks for the link. This is the first one I have seen, and I have the administrator of a large fiscal yr law firm plan freaking out because this isn't ready and their 2009 filing has been extended to 6/15.
