Any cites? e.g. A recordkeeper who is the TPA and the Broker (does not have a 6 or 7, sells thru a life license). Plan assets eventually end up with a major insurance provider. Plan Sponsor says they write the bi-weekly contribution checks to the TPA company name (Did not confirm this as of yet).
