Change in status claims

How long after a participant submits a change in status request to revoke their election do they have to submit claims?

Plan document issue. In other words, the document's general rule for claims will apply (probably, e.g., 60 days after the end of the plan year).

Document doesn't really address that issue. I'm thinking it would be the same as the grace period for expenses past the end of the plan year for terminated participants - 120 days to submit.

But is this person a terminated employee? (I suspect a terminated participant is defined as a participant who has terminated employment, not an employee whose particiation in a portion of the cafe plan has ended).
