jkharvey Posted August 5, 2011 Posted August 5, 2011 The 2009 Form 5500SF was filed, but one of the assets in the plan did not actually meet the definition of "eligible", so we should have filed 5500. Do we need to amend the 2009 Form? Is there a penalty for this?

Do we need to amend the 2009 Form? Is there a penalty for this? I would think an amended 5500 would be sufficient. I can't think of penalties that would apply.
