Guest cxs Posted March 9, 2012 Posted March 9, 2012 A company acquired another company in October 2010. The acquired company did not have a 401(k) Plan. Employees of the acquired company were eligible for the parent companys 401(k) Plan as of 1/1/2011. Do these employees need to be included in the ADP test? Thank you
