Guest Annette Leerhoff Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 I am working on Schedule A, Form 5500. The plan has a deferred variable annuity. From my research, the deferred variable annuity is an allocated contract. Therefore, do I complete only line 6 (parts a through f) of Part II and for type of contract check the other box and list it as a deferred variable annuity? Thank you.
