Relius WebClient - not publishing?

we are trying to publish to webclient online and getting an error stating "publish aborted. Err: 0,". I have put in an incident to Relius but getting nowhere. I was wondering if anyone had this error before and knew how to fix it?

one of my very smart and not nearly as stressed co workers figure out the issue. relius is not allowing us to publish SSA's! just a heads up in case anyone else has the issue. we had to choose to publish efile forms only to get it to work.

i have reported the issue to relius.

relius has a fix. they can send you a link to a mircosoft file to run depending on if you have 32-bit or 64-bit operating system. It is an issue with some older windows operating systems and the SSA program.
