Guest KOlsen Posted February 9, 2000 Posted February 9, 2000 If a qualified plan offers a LSD, isn't there some disclosure requirement to tell departing employees they have that option? (Ignore that in the real world there's probably no 'er motivation to "hide" the LSD option. This is theoretical.) Thanks.
