Guest ChuckLakeshore Posted April 27, 1999 Posted April 27, 1999 Who are some vendors of IVR enrollment for smaller businesses? Just seeing who's out there...
Guest Anne V Posted April 29, 1999 Posted April 29, 1999 Chuck, unfortunately I don't have any firms to recommend. But I do have one piece of advice: investigate carefully any recommendations you get before passing them along to current or prospective clients. Or posting them here. I've worked on a couple of client projects where a small "boutique" firm was engaged by the client to handle the enrollment IVR -- and the results were disastrous! Even small to mid-sized companies have fairly complex benefit programs and enrollment options these days -- and sometimes the boutique outfits aren't prepared to handle that. If you do find any good recommendations, I'd love to know about them! ------------------

Guest Bill Glueck, CIC Posted February 17, 2000 Posted February 17, 2000 Hi, My name is Bill Glueck, CIC. I am President of HR iNsite, Inc. and Director of Business Development for Information Products, Inc. We are custom IVR/internet application developers and a service bureau located in East Granby, CT. We have been in business for twenty years specializing in IVR and internet systems for the last six. Our firm has designed, developed, deployed and services more than 100 systems that specialize in benefits and HR applications. Our hottest service right now is our IVR/internet benefits enrollment system which we offer to employers as a service bureau. We custom program the system so that your employees can enroll for all of their benefits using touch tone phones or the internet. We also design internet based employee self-service malls which include electronic summary plan documents, policy manuals, benefits & HR forms, provider networks, and a host of other helpful information. Our system has a link back to your HR system and/or your benefits vendors' systems so that when data is collected via interactive forms host databases are re-populated automatically. You would be surprised to learn how inexpensive it is to lease our service. We have a host of great references that we can put you in touch with accross the United States. You may contact me at 800-477-7822 x219 or e-mail me at wdg@ipi-ivr.com. You can also find me speaking at IFEBP functions in Lake Tahoe, Orlando, and Palm Springs if you are a member. Be careful in your selection of vendors - there are a lot of pretenders in our space that promise the world and don't deliver. Check references before you hire a firm.
