If an employee is eligible for and enrolled in Medicaid, does this cause the employee to cease to be an eligible individual who would no longer be able to contribute to or have contributions made to an HSA?
Chaz Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Medicaid is disqualifying coverage and the employee likely cannot contribute (or have contributions made) to an HSA.
