pcbenefits007 Posted August 23, 2016 Posted August 23, 2016 If an on-site clinic is a stand-alone welfare plan - for line 8b on the 5500, is it appropriate to use code 4Q for other and write in "onsite clinic". Not finding much guidance on this other than the clinic definitely needs a 5500 filing. Other thoughts?
Belgarath Posted August 23, 2016 Posted August 23, 2016 Why wouldn't it just be 4A (Health)? But frankly, I see no reason why your solution isn't just fine. I've seen no evidence that anyone really cares about this on Welfare plans, although I know the IRS has been checking the codes on retirement plans.
