Greg Judd Posted December 21, 1999 Posted December 21, 1999 I believe HR 1180 got the job done on this subject. According to Thomas, the deed was done 3-4 days ago: 12/17/1999: Signed by President. 12/17/1999: Became Public Law No: 106-170.
